I read about an item called the Tattered Girl's Cape, in the GWG auction. Some guy wants a million bucks (well, g!) for it!

It seems to activate Then and Now, Here and There.

So has this item been replaced by Tapestry Shred, which activates the same quest?

Did I answer my own question? LOL

It hasn't been "replaced" - it's always been either/or for that quest.

yea you just did
i think that like, my ele is from proph but doesn't have that cape and all my slots are full so i can't go get one of those things
but it's a worthless green you get so don't rly care

Why did they discontinue the Tattered Girl's Cape, anyway? I guess it's because of the Tapestry Shard does the same thing? I've been confused on this off and on... :-/

Shred: Momento of her mom "Oh... this reminds me of how much I cared, lets go to UW and meet her"
